My tip for 2023? Pick one thing. Just one.
It might be a revenue goal.
It might be a staffing goal.
It might be a personal goal.
It might be a work/life balance goal.
It might be a productivity goal.
Whatever it is, pick one thing. Just one. And then choose an actual number to aim for. Make it tangible. Make it real.
Stick it on your wall. Your phone’s home screen. A sticky note on the bathroom mirror.
Then as the year progresses, and life gets in the way, as distractions pop up, as opportunities pop up, ask yourself: “Is this helping me get to my goal?”
